AIKIDO TOKI DOJO
Aikido Toki Dojo is a dojo belonging to Owari Aikikai, where Aikido is practiced in Toki City, Gifu Pref.
Aikido does not have competitions. It is a martial art of peace and harmony that aims to train the mind and body without ranking others as superior or inferior, and to respect each other. Anyone can start at any time, regardless of age, physical ability, or gender, including children and women who are not good at exercise.
【 ABOUT AIKIDO 】
Aikido is performed by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on. The goal of Aikido training is not perfection of a step or skill, but rather improving one’s character according to the rules of nature.
Aikido does not involve competing with others for superiority or inferiority, so there are no matches.Today, Aikido has become established in 140 countries around the world.
